do any of the normal companies that provide MH insurance have an add on for scooters?
Q 2 can any one recommend a company for insuring scooters that covers being used abroad if Q1 is a non starter?

Just insure mine as normal using comparison sites and make sure I get full European coverage.
In fact do that with both my bikes as I ride abroad a lot.
Only time I get specialist cover is if I'm off on a massive trip over several months and several continents but thats very expensive.

When we bought our Scooter last year we insured it with Bennetts. Got the best deal by going through a comparison site rather than direct! Can't remember which one. Got cover for EU as long as trip is not over 90 days. Cost £87.

We get European as std. (your average scooterist wont use it) What kind of scooter? classic or modern
if modern just go to the comparison sites.
