Help
Just replaced the ageing leisure batteries on my Burstner Elegance and now can’t get any power to the any of the 12v users. The control panel powers up and shows leisure battery voltage is healthy (measured at 12.6v prior to fitting) and the batteries are taking a charge from EHU. I followed the following sequence for isolation and removal
Switched off control panel (model LT510)
Covered solar panel
Removed +ve and -ve connections into solar controller
Removed solar connector into EBL
Remove 5A and 50A fuses at battery
Disconnected - ve on both batteries
Disconnected +ve on both batteries
Reconnected batteries
Refitted fuses
Reconnected solar
Turned on control panel.

Not quite panicking yet as we aren’t off on the ferry until the 1st September but will start panicking shortly if I don’t get it sorted

All help greatly appreciated

Cant help as pretty new to Burstner and the Elektroblock..
There are a couple of facebook groups if you get no answers on here.
What Elektroblock model is it ???

I’ve heard the power switch on EBL’s can be a bit sticky, maybe worth trying switch it on and off a few times.

I have the English version for the 220-4 and it’s not showing an on/off switch on the unit. The control panel power master switch works and trying to disconnect the leisure batteries by pressing and holding the leisure battery check switch for 10secs should disconnect them but doesn’t appear to do so.

I will check on mine tomorrow as think its same unit 2014 elegance i800..
Have to be honest, I fitted an Inverter on mine and forgot all about turning anything off or covering solar panel.. Got a few sparks as i re-connected.. LUCKY ME...

And before anyone comments, battery gas + spark = BOOM...
