Satfi dome

I have a Satfi dome model number DP300W, with automatic search but when searching it doesn't lock onto a satellite it just keeps searching. Can anyone please advise.

Have you a clear line of site south , any big trees or buildings can block out the Astra 28.2 signal and prevent your sat dish from locking on

Had to have our Tracvision dome re-calibrated / re-set when we changed satellite receiver set-up. needs someone with the correct kit, Guy we used was near Luton.

try unplugging and reconnecting in case it is as simple as a bad connection.

We have the satfi rv fitted and on the odd occasion it doesn’t lock on becaus if obstruction etc we find it will just spin after no matter where we are. Move to an open area, select another sat to lock into, then reselect The Astra one you need.

Does the last line AGC (Antenna Gain Control) on the LCD screen just show zero's If it does it will be a damaged LNB that will need replacing?
