safe o/nite parking near ouistream

I arrive in Ouistream via BF on the evening of 2nd Feb 2022 and do not relish driving to my house (1hour ) in the dark and would

normally just park in the Aire near the port, however,

I understand the place is now buzzing with desperate migrants.

sensible SUGGESTIONS WELCOME re where to park up o/nite



ps.

wIll stay in Calvados for one week the hightail it to Espana!

You'll need to get inland or away from the port anyway. I don't mean to be unhelpful but why is (only) an hour's drive in the dark to your house such a problem? Presumably you've driven to your house before and know the roads?

I know the roads well ,but driving in the dark with no streetlights and oncoming headlights renders me
inadequate!
