I'm looking for reviews / comment. Has anyone had firsthand experience of their services particularly with reference to Dometic service?

I've used them once to replace the CBE distribution box on my MH.
I would use them again if needed.

I think , The Old Man had some work done there recently

Indeed I have.

A number of small minor repairs to all sorts of things, including 'drop in' jobs on faults occurring whilst touring.

Habitation check.

They work with a van cleaner, Gleaming Wheels, who valeted the outside of the van while it was there with them.

Organised the removal, refurbishment and reinstall of the Habitation electronic brain.

Going again next month to have three windows removed and refitted as the sealant has exceeded its Use By date.

Location is good at Mullacott Cross, well 200 MTRS from there. Has a large pub called The Depot, a coffee shop called the Coffee Lounge, opens at 9:00am, nice farm site called Shelfin Farm if you need to overnight before or after.

At Mullacott Cross you can board the number 21 bus and get to Ilfracombe, Braunton, Croyde and Barnstaple.

Many thanks, always good to get first hand comment.

Recently had an under slung gas tank fitted, most impressed. Very neat job. Going to have solar panels and an inverter charger installed soon by them. Tom and all the staff definitely know their stuff.

Yes, used them for a couple of things, Freshlight AC unit and Inverter. Tom really good, ideal for me only 20 miles up the road. They also have free loan car. Would recommend highly.

jemhorn Thanks for your comment, much appreciated. As you live so close can you recommend a good campsite, open in November, with good hardstandings near Rv I.

Yes, probably Hiddenvalley is one the closest. I always think when driving past its a bit 'in a pit' with no views, if you know what I mean. If you just want an overnight, the Main Car Park in Appledore is a good option. I think its £5 overnight per parking bay. Great pubs for food around, Royal George or the Beaver, and you wake up to a view of the river Torridge. You could do the same in Bideford again good choice of places to eat. Its about a 40/50 minute drive to Mullacott Cross. Hiddenvalley would be around 15/20. I think that probably all the Woolacombe/Ilfracombe sites may be closed. Hang on, Stowford Meadows, www.stowford.co.uk is open and on your way and only 5/10 minutes down the road from Mullacott.
