when off grid, can i still run fridge. have 1x 90amp lithium and two 100 watt panels.

Fridges are usually set to only run on 12v when the engine is running. If no hook-up, then gas will probably be your only option.

What type of fridge? If a compressor fridge, maybe! There are many factors, time of year, size of fridge, amount of sun, what else you are expecting to power from the battery! Have a good look through the posts on the forum!
