Even on deck?
?Even on deck?
I'm wondering if you can escape masks on the open deck? We're on DFDS this week, wondering if they ll do the same. Would be a real pain on the longer crossings
Good.BUSBY.
You don't have wear it when sat down..Still wear mine indoors in public places. Its no hardship but Covid would be.BUSBY.I'm wondering if you can escape masks on the open deck? We're on DFDS this week, wondering if they ll do the same. Would be a real pain on the longer crossings
Only 3 people wearing masks on the boat from Dunkirk Wednesday before last. Me,the wife and some old dear. We're on DFDS this week, wondering if they ll do the same.
We are in London for the weekend, went to see Adele in Hyde park yesterday and spent all day in the V and A. We've hardly seen anyone wearing masks (except chinese).
Better to wear the mask my hubby got covid 13th June had to come back from our trip and cancel our bookings, he was not at all well but luckily is recovering now, honestly wear the masks it's not worth the risk! You don't have wear it when sat down..Still wear mine indoors in public places. Its no hardship but Covid would be.BUSBY.
We’ve never stopped wearing them in crowded places.I dont have issue with it, and they gave notice fair play
We stayed at Abbey Wood last week. Went on Crossrail and the Tube. Very few masks to be seen and we both now have Covid! We are in London for the weekend, went to see Adele in Hyde park yesterday and spent all day in the V and A. We've hardly seen anyone wearing masks (except chinese).
We’ve been a bit lax about mask wearing but think I will start wearing mine again In shops etc.
That could be why this more transmissible variant is spreading so fast. Having survived the lockdown years without (to my knowledge) catching Covid or knowing anyone who did, both the co-pilot and I have now had it (no fun at all and still lingering on nearly a month later) and we know people who have had it more than once in the last few months. Mask wearing would certainly slow it down but but I can't see that becoming mandatory again any time soon . . .We are in London for the weekend, went to see Adele in Hyde park yesterday and spent all day in the V and A. You do know masks are of minute value in protecting the wearer? They have only ever been aimed at helping prevent a carrier spread the illness.Better to wear the mask my hubby got covid 13th June had to come back from our trip and cancel our bookings, he was not at all well but luckily is recovering now, honestly wear the masks it's not worth the risk!
Not just masks,,hardly anyone washes their hands now when entering shops,,are they mad??Without Covid I would still wash my hands before and after shopping..BUSBY.That could be why this more transmissible variant is spreading so fast. handwashing is very very important, this small thing also stops other spreads = less pressure on doctors and wardsNot just masks,,hardly anyone washes their hands now when entering shops,,are they mad??Without Covid I would still wash my hands before and after shopping..BUSBY.
I agree - home made cloth masks and pound shop tissue ones not much good either way. Masks of FPP2 standard or higher, properly fitted, should greatly reduce risk in both directions. You do know masks are of minute value in protecting the wearer? I'm referring to the basic surgical type of course.
