2010?
Help please
Anyone with a Bailey had to replace side bottom light?
Iv seen this one on Internet to replace it but it's not just a question of taking off cover, you have to replace the whole thing but take bumper off as well
So wondered is it easy and anyone had to do it?

It looks like you should be able to do it all from the outside, two screws and pull the connections through.

Thank you for replying
No there is no slack and no cable showing underneath, it's up behind the side bumper

It looks like if you were to break up the old light unit up to expose as much of the existing cable as possible there should be enough slack. If you then cut off the connectors on the new light then solder and heat shrink new to old.
By soldering and heat shrinking to insulate each joint should be a small enough diameter to push through the hole and loose the excess cable.
As the light is LED you will need to test positive and negative of the existing cable and the new light for it to light.
