If you have a Karcher pressure washer they do a low pressure snow foam lance attachment, works for me,
It softens the deposits thus reducing the amount of the old elbow grease necessary, so you will have some left for lifting of the beer / wine / drink of choice, when job is finished

Wet and forget, spray it on and the rain washes it clean, its a patio cleaner and a friend has recommended it, I haven't used it yet but will call company first for advice.
What I do use and its brilliant is muckoff also Grease Lightening, magical.

I would suggest just warm soapy water and a sponge.
That patio stuff is good for getting rid of the green algee but I`m not sure if the chemicals could have a harmful effect on seals, plastics or paintwork.
My roof is pretty bad but I`m not thinking of doing it for a few weeks until it warms up a bit.

Any sort of cleaning agent such as washing up liquid, get the wife up there with a soft broom and tell her to put the effort into the broom then make sure you were parked on a slope to let the dirty water run off, so you can tell how much you have work you have saved her.

You could try Pro-Kleen mould algae moss remover, you dilute it as per instructions and spray it on using a garden spraying pump and then leave it for two to three days before washing it off, it's actually meant for patios and decking but in the FAQ's it says it's ok for motorhomes. It worked well on my concrete path.

Brilliant stuff for patios, Clean patio as normal then apply Wet & Dry it then activates with the rain to keep the patio clean.
Back to tread .its says that it is suitable for caravans and motorhomes, but have not yet tried it. Will do a test patch when the weather gets better.
