Quest 4 Knowledge

We have a Quest 4 and have added a couple of the side panels to keep the wind and rain out. Is it possible to fold it up with the sides still on, or do they need to be removed separately?

We have a similar quest and always take the sides off before putting away, but the new quest pro with built in sides must be put away with sides on, so I would assume that you could leave the sides on the older models.

I have one of the original (well used) 4 sided ones and always took the panels off when dismantling then when they came out with the sewn in ones I thought why take them off? So now I don't!

I take mine off our 4+4 version. It gives the wife something to do, folding them up neat and tidy.
I can imagine the stick I would get if I left ours on.

If you leave the sides on it would be difficult to find the metal eyes to pull the sides out unless you leave the straps on ?

I can't see any reason not to leave the sides on however it will make it a bit bulkier for storing.

Yes I leave the straps on too. A lot quicker when putting it back up!
