Quality bulbs and fittings - Fiat cab wing mirror and light

I have recently ordered Mirror Guards after losing an argument with a metal mirror on a narrow road. The result was a fragmented mirror protector, a smashed mirror back and the light located in the mirror body damaged beyond repair. My decision re: the Mirror Guards was based on recommendations on a thread here. It seems to me that these are the best protection available.

I would like to buy the best replacement mirror back and light unit but am confused by the number of replacements available on Amazon UK. I remember Ed China (Wheeler Dealers) demonstrating the difference between poor and good quality light bulbs and do not want to buy rubbish. There are also a number of sellers of the long arm mirror back.

My motorhome is a 2015 Fiat cab Autotrail. Has any one here bought these replacements recently; if so, can you offer any advice?
