Hi does anyone have a Pilote xperience screen, we have a new Danbury Avenir and the screen will not go into sleep mode without plugging in a mouse. Do other users of this screen have this problem or is there a sleep button on the main screen? Many thanks
Have read that it's something in the 12v-240v and you sƄ could try disconnecting mains, switch main 12v off, switch main 12v back on to check if the screen wakes up. Then try reconnecting 240v and see if it remains awake.
