She and her cohorts drag me kicking and screaming took me on another 3 hour gruelling walk jaunt up into the mountains!!!

have to admit the meal in the restaurant afterwards was superb!!!

We had a fantastic day (hope Ken and Steph did also). Took them for a short stroll to work up an appetite and then went to the local restaurant. Salad and bread, paella, fish for us and lamb for them, dessert, coffee, bottle of beer and bottle of wine. 10 Euros each. Thanks Steph .

Back to theirs for a quick birthday drink and now relaxing ready for tomorrow's activities. Theirs is a shopping trip, we're going out for a little exercise again.
