Waiting for results

Micro Chip £15
Rabies Vaccination £30
Defra lab test £67.50

Total £112.50

Local dog warden offers microchiping with a free mug::bigsmile:

expecting results anytime now

Regards

Jim

Just to add to my previous post the actual passport has cost another £24 so the total cost now stands at £136.50.

I am informed that the 6mnth wait starts from the date the blood sample was taken.

The rabies injection runs for three years

I would check with your vet as some manufacturers may not be 3yrs

Regards

Just got ours and it cost around £130 but he was already chipped,

Next problem is working out where we will be 24hrs to 48hrs before we return, to find a vet to do the neccassary.

About five years ago we think we paid about £140 all in, can't break it down for you because we can't rember. and that was before the passport it was just a bit of paper. Have since got a passport & it makes life so much easier i have to say:winky: Last September I think it was 35 euros in French vets to come home. We've been lucky enough never to have any prob's & have even found a smashing little french camp site that gives you 10% off vet bills if you spend a couple of days with them::bigsmile: All in all a wise move as our old girl poppy loves her hols & it's brill to have her with us:Smile:
