Park4Night app - how to change from French to English?

Just downloaded app and all entries in French despite my language selection saying English.

At a push I’ll cope but it does require extra processing!

Any ideas?

There is a translate button at the side of each entry. Not sure if it appears without subscription. Its well worth the money.

I used it all last year with no subscription but have noticed it has all changed now , must be getting too popular they've started charging.
Which off course is a bit cheeky as it's the users that provide the information , locations and reviews.
