Good afternoon P4PEO49

The overcurrent message is saying that the motor is either requesting more current than the board is able to supply or that the board cannot supply the right amount of current. Unfortunately it could be a problem with either the board or the motor and would need to be inspected in order to determine which is causing the problem. In the meantime you can lower the dish manually by removing the small covers either side of the main arm and releasing the 10mm allen key bolts in order to lower the dish and then retighten to avoid unwanted movement. Our office is closed until Tuesday but if you contact us then we will be able to advise further.

Many thanks Figaro for the tag and apologies for the late reply, I've had my first douse of Covid the last two weeks. Not nice!

Not sure if it's of any help but we had a problem last summer. Turned out the central arm thingy (technical term) was stuck to the actual dish, I removed it by pulling (again a technical procedure) and all is now well. Good luck!
