Hi looking for a good campsite in February half term with two smaller kids Devon /Cornwall please.

Depends what you want to do really, how old are the children, what do they like to do?

I haven't been to this one but it looks useful, lots going on for children

Cofton near Dawlish.

Indoor pool.
Small soft play area for tinies.
Downstairs there's some sort of games place for kids.
Donkeys.
Fishing lakes
Lots of space for children to ride bikes, run around.
Bus from site goes to Dawlish, Teignmouth & Exeter if you want it.

Try this, great for kid`s..

Not sure of the prices..

.

The address for the actual campsite (next door) is http://www.woodlandsgrove.co.uk/
We stayed there for 5 nights for £49 and that includes all facilities and unlimited access to the theme park - real bargain.

Unfortunately you will have to pay more during any school holidays, not sure how much, but its a great site especially if you want to keep the kids entertained.

Woodlands is excellent, as is Cofton and there is the country park site near the River Dart.

If you wanted a CL type site there is one next to Woodlands Park called Old Stone farm has elec hook ups but not much else. Beautiful site we went there with the Caravan and kids for years in a previous life. Its walking distance from WP very quiet and probably very cheap. It used to have a functioning Dairy Farm but I don't know if it still does. The owner was called Brian lovely family we used to have inpromtu ''discos'' for the kids on site in the barns with the calves. Great memories. There's also a spooky walk on the site to a derelict 17C manor house that is great for kids ghost stories. Have Fun I think the tel number is 01803 712583.
