Skip the app it's worse than useless. Go through Google and search for the CMC then enter your details, job done.

the new booking method is used by the app & Desktop
There are long queues at both
But the OP should now be able to log onto either
Edit. Sorry wiljoy yes, the app won’t authentic users at the moment
But queuing looks to be the new way
