Put the hose into the water fill point, turned the tap on and went to do some other stuff while it filled. 1 hour later :oops:o_Oo_O.

Water pouring out the fill point but also underneath the van from where the tank sits to the hab door. - puddle and water fall coming out of the hab door step.

It looks like it has forced it's way through the big red access cap on the top of the tank. Down the side of the tank, under the wardrobe, under the shower tray, under the fridge and into the hab door well. It's also managed to find ways to escape undeneath

Anyway, drained the water down to a safe level, mopped out the hab door well but I guess it's going to be damp inside under the floor. Not a lot I can do other than let it dry I guess??

That shouldn't happen but we had the same year's ago with a pilote galaxy, was told to fill the tank half full then unscrew the red cap then tighten up again something to do with the tank expansion it worked for us👍

I've done it twice. Same tank design.

Every one I have had was fitted with an overflow tube. Breather cap inside the van would also allow sloshing leaks if travelling full?
Not very thought out design for being located inside

Pretty sure that shouldn't happen. It should come out the overflow or / and back out the filler. I know when mine is full as it spills out the overflow at the top of the tank but its an external tank so it just ends up on the floor.
