I have somehow lost power to my control panel in my chausson.

Although I had my hookup power lead connected it's not been switched on for about a month until I noticed it yesterday and switched it on.
So I checked this morning and still no power.
Do you think the leisure battery has packed in or does it need a couple of days to recharge?

Could be a few things. Can you look at the mains and battery voltages with a multimeter?

I'm going to get under the seat and check the leisure battery unless there is an easier way? Not sure what you mean by the mains?

easiest first, if it’s connected to mains via a plug top check the fuse and the breaker

There is power going to the motorhome the red line is on in the power box. I managed to get down into the leisure battery and took this pic. I'm not that sure about multimeters so I think I have it on the correct setting

No you want it on 50 DC volts (six clicks anticlockwise to where it is now)
But it's not looking good from that reading 🤔

Okay no big deal new leisure battery. Just to try and get it out from under the seat.
Before you replace it, get it on hook up and take another reading.. Or if that WAS on hook up the charger is not working

Next step is to find out why it's not charged back up. Is there a mains power supply to the charger?
That's the opposite side on the meter V~ 250

It was on hookup. I can hear the charger working. Not sure how else I can check it?

OK there's power to it. Next check the charger output on the 50v dc scale, take the cover off if you can't get to any terminals 👍

Take the cover of this?
Just been reading the user manual, it doesn't say what the output is with no battery connected (ie if it needs a minimum voltage to start charging)
So if a fuse has gone between the battery and charger the output might be zero anyway. Are there any fuses you can check first?

I've read the manual and it says if the service battery drops to a low voltage it shuts down or something like that and can only be recharged with the engine running. So I'm going to try this
