Hi Everyone

We have just bought our first motorhome! yippee. It is a 2003 avantguard 200.We had a static van many many years ago then moved on to a traditional caravan which ended its days about 6 years ago ,then no holidays since.
So now we are trying this new lifestyle and are looking foward to some adventures around the UK.Hopefully we will use it enough to warrant the expense, but hey we only live once.We will try a few long weekends first to establish afew dos and donts lol.

Anyway time to say goodbye

Welcome Ditch-Dweller. Like you I had a caravan for years and loved it.We got the chance to buy our Motorhome fairly cheap 4yrs ago and decided to take the plunge we are never at home at a weekend now. We mainly wildcamp and what we would have spent on site fee's with a caravan, buys a lot of diesel. Use it, enjoy it we are only here once so have some fun.
