Hello everyone

Just to let you know that Swift will be monitoring this site from now on. If we have anything of value to add we will do. If there is anything you want to know we will do our best to answer you.

My name is Kath Powell- I am Customer Services Director. I have been with Swift for nearly 10 years. I will generally check the site every day and if I dont know the answer (if its technical) then I will source the answer from someone else.

I work in an enviroment that is very much dependent upon customer service.

Regards to the Swift Group for tackling the beast head-on. (And for getting in there before the opposition :Smile: )

We are considering a new van at the moment and I must say that the Swift Group's involvement has made a genuine difference to our impression of the various options that are open to us.

Well done again, it's a difficult but valuable audience >:)

Hi kath just seen your notes nice to see we have someone from the top of the swift group taking care of there customers i have owned severel new swift caravans with only minor proplems all sorted by the dealers just changed over to my first motorhome used from marquis group not at all happy with there after care service i have a2004 bessacare435 coachbuilt reg HXOZFL still waiting for repair work to be done been in trice say they are waiting for spares from swift? still no key card hope the battery dont go flat and no radio maunal? TONY & MARLENE MORRIS
