Hi - I noticed that all 6 tyres are old (+8yrs) on my 2008 TAG and they are currently Michelin Agelis Camping (CP) tyres.
as it’s a big old TAG van, I’d prefer to get a mobile fitting service to do the tyres on my drive. Kiwi Fit currently have 15% discount on 4 or more Michelin tyres, but do not stock the Camping (CP) tyres and also are quite competitive on a set of Yokohama tyres, but these are all normal van tyres. My current Michelin Camping tyres have a 113 load rating and I see the normal van tyres are 113 or I could go to 114/116.
so my question is, do I have to stick with the camping specific tyres or can I go to the other normal van tyres with the same (or higher) load rating. Does this affect my insurance etc.
as always, many thanks for words of wisdom!
