Hi Friends,
We are frustrated MH'ers having traded our old Lunar 620 Roadstar at end of May 2017. It is now August and we will hopefully take delivery of our new Swift Kontiki 669 180hp Auto Highline on the 10th. Can't wait.
We ordered the unit at the NEC Show in February and the new van was due in June. Only 2 months late ain't bad is it?
Planning to take it to the Bristol Balloon Fiesta on 12th Aug and then for 3 weeks in South France starting 1st September 2017.
Not a lot of time to get used to the new van though.

I order my 669 Oct 15, 2017 arrived July 2018 two months late. Still have a warranty issue.
So make sure you do a good inspection.
Love it though, wish I had started motor homing sooner. Will keep an eye out for you at one of the fun rallies.

Sorry Oct 15 Arrived July16.
Most were small niggles. Rear door dividing Bedroom to kitchen missing.
Main one, Gas cooker melting the knobs when grilling. I was getting nowhere with Lowdhams so I took it to another Swift dealer. All has been done is to change the knobs.
I have just had the hab check done and they are contacting Swift to get the matter sorted.
Your van as a different knobs.

Have you been happy with your 669 since last year?

Something I have been wondering:

We have a Cadac BBQ which has been bottle connected via a regulator.

Will I have to buy an adapter to connect to the external BBQ point on the 669?

You should be supplied with a connector that replaces your regulator, if not, they're cheap enough to buy........
