Hi
I'm originally from Edgware, Middlesex, but have been about a bit and am now settled in Belgium (for a second time) since 2003.
My wife and I will both have retired by March 2022. At that point, we will sell up in Belgium for a move to France.
We have always camped under canvas but as age creeps up, the comfort of a motorhome becomes more inviting.
Our first adventure was in Oregon, USA, where we hired an "RV" and toured the state. Since then, we have been on adventures to Scotland and France in rented vehicles. We were due to do a tour of the Lofoten islands in Norway this year, but Covid put an end to that.
Once retired, the idea is to buy a motorhome and full-time in France while we search for our dream home/location. We may continue to live in it if we decide to buy a ruin and have it renovated and converted into our dream abode.
