  • the owner lives in Scarborough .he parked there most days never moving for days .have talked to the owner in supermarket car park this year .he said thy had been to France in van cannot park near is home as no room there .uses is disabled blue badge to park all day and night, the van as a pull out veranda and steps .he as a web site about building van but i have lost the web address .

Second That, it is parked all over in Scarborough?. back in the "Summer"???, it was parked down a narrow road (Quay St?) I think. parallel to the seafront

So this a**hole takes up a disabled spot that could be used by another disabled driver. Pay for storage like the rest of us. Take his badge away.....misuse.

not sticking up for the guy But scarbrough council rules say
Disabled badge holders are able to park:

  • Without time limit in any of the on-street pay and display bays
  • Without time limit in any of the signed disc zone...
