I've got a Lunar homecar P59 on a ducato chassis 2007 , had it a week

First purchase was a carbon monoxide alarm ,only I'm a bit out of my depth with getting the water/shower/heating right

There's a water fill point on the side, spec sheet on the web says 100L clean 85L dirty capacity , previous owner bought it from a dealer but never used it , never slept in it just did three 50 mile day trips in it before his wife took ill and died so it's never been run from buying it from the dealer june 2019

He did have a problem with the starting battery going completely flat even though it was permanently plugged into the mains, it was that flat it needed replacing as it wouldn't hold any charge at all

The control panel shows this picture which i believe means the boiler has some water in it

When i press the rocker switch the other way the other battery which im assuming is the starter barrery isn't at 100% despite being charged all day

So do i just fill it from the outside and open the taps to bleed it or flush it through by opening the grey waste valve underneath

The truma manual mentions something about an electric safety drain valve but ive no idea where that is

My opinion is CV19 is going nowhere until we've all had it and either died or survived, the government is doing what politicians do, saving their bacon , it's political suicide to do nothing and let a generation be wiped out even if it is a generation at the right end of the scale.

Be seen to do something and they might survive it , slow it down so the deaths amongst the elderly are at a manageable rate and, "we did our best"

I read this morning 97 deaths in England 6 in scotland and 1 in wales in week 37 but that number was higher because of the august bank holiday delaying the reporting of cases, as usual no indication of health or age

Best bit , that 97 were only reported as having tested positive, they could've been run over by a bus

Herd immunity is still the plan

To be honest I spent 33k on my MoHo and collected it on the 20th March and the lockdown came in on the 23rd. So far we have used it a handful of time’s, changed dates, changed dates booked as holidays in work etc etc.

I’m getting to the point that why bother it’s a question of stay, go, wait and all while MoHo loose money and sit there doing bugger all.

Well I ain’t got the answer but if I sell mine I might as well buy a place in Spain at least property goes up in value.

I've no clue what the situation is but if I can't go anywhere in my fully self contained vehicle but a trip to the cinema followed by a meal and a few pints in the local is fine that really is nuts

As has been said, the boiler drain tap is near the boiler. This will most likely be in a floor cupboard, under the bed, under a seat or under the kitchen.

I have a Pilote 2016 with a newer version of the Truma CP but it may help that my drain control is located underneath a drawer ( take drawer out) beneath the fridge. It is coloured blue and when that is aligned correctly, there is also a small button, also coloured blue, that needs to be pressed.
