While looking for info on the gauges fitted to the Alugas cylinders in our van, I came across this neat idea. Not sure that it’s suitable for cylinders on motorhomes as it was listed under Industrial Use and Forklifts, but neat nevertheless. :)

when gas runs out, I change Calor bottle over..

then exchange as soon as convenient

no different than when I had Gaslow.. only it was refilled asap

Yes, I’m not planning on getting one. I just thought it was neat that the actual dial is ‘backward’ so that it reads correctly in the mirror provided. :)
and I bet no one else noticed that.. well spotted

The latest Alugas cylinder gauges can be read from the side as well as from above and are supposedly fairly accurate across the whole range.

The latest Alugas cylinder gauges can be read from the side as well as from above and are supposedly fairly accurate across the whole range.

Ours has that type and find it very accurate, also when one tank is empty the auto switch over starts the other tank.
