Has anyone stopped here lately? We shall be down that way shortly and have read that the aire has moved. When we went previously to the "old" aire the beach was just at the back. Is this still the case does anyone know?

The new aire is about halfway between Narbonne Plage and Gruissan and seems to be a bit away from the beach. It’s next door to the large Campeole campsite.
If you have a trailer you probably won’t get in because it has a double barrier system. You drive through the first one which then closes and the second one opens after you pay.
We stopped there for one night 18 months ago. Lots of space, good facilities but soulless.
St Pierre or Gruissan Plage are better if you want the beach.
