We have been with both a caravan and a moho, no problem with either

If you are touring a lot, then a moho is the way to go as you get to stay on aires very cheaply
and much less hassle
If you are going to park up for a week or 2 then go with the caravan

Either way ENJOY !!!

On a serious note I would think car with caravan would be more expensive than motorhome wouldnt you technically be paying for two vehicles or twice the length? xxxxx

Unfortunately since retiring and going into motorhoming seriously I have never been able to afford the train so cannot comment on how easy it is to get one onto it. Whilst working for a living I did pull many 40ft trailers onto it with no problem, so you should be OK with a wobbly.

I've done both and no problem with either. The caravan may cost a bit more due to length though, probably not much. I have taken a MH with a Toad and that was no problem either.:thumb:
