Currently, Comfort for both. Breakdown (Europe wide) is a £60ish add-on to the insurance.

It depends what cover you want. If touring in the EU check which countries they actually cover, it's usually their version of Europe.
Only Nationwide and Saga actually cover all of Europe (as far as i know). Also check trip lengths.
Same for breakdown cover but beware of length and weight restrictions,

It was very hard to get the insurance for me.
