It's a Watling Engineers one, they're in St Albans. Think it was about £850 fitted. Can take up to 150kg. Permanently fastened onto the 2 chassis rails so a bit stronger than the tow bar mounts.

Shiply transport do motorcycle transport. Generally advertise in the motorcycle magazines as motorcycle carriers. I’ve read good reports of them. Worth a try .

Edit, I’m pretty sure they do collections and deliveries nationwide.
