Mirror adjustment switch

The problem of owning an "old" motorhome ....

My '94 Fiat Ducato Euramobil mirror adjustment switch isn't working. I simply cannot find where to buy one.

Does anyone have an idea of where I can find this part?
I've tried the usual CoastalMH, Eurocarparts, Onlinecarparts, eBay etc

The problem is I can't even find a part number to "start" my search.

Looks like it clips apart. Have you had a look inside?

I started trying to get it apart. It was proving to be quite difficult with only two hands so figured I’d first ask and if I don’t come right to get some extra hands or a vice.

My mirrors failed to defrost and adjust. Turns out that the power supply was faulty. The wiring was all at odds with the handbook and eventually I ran an individually fused wire from a main 12V point to a scotchblock connected to the correct terminal: RESULT!

I've checked the incoming 12v and it's fine.
I'm 99% sure its the switch because when I move the little joystick around with a multimeter attached not much happens.
