Im not quite sure if you are being naughty or serious If its the latter its a very good experience to paddle out to see the seals. The sit ons were £10 an hr last year. Thats long enough to get you out, around and back but you really need an inflatable cushion behind you.

fabulous video, looks like you all had fun , tracy’s working every other weekend ( delivering meals on wheels to the vulnerable ) So unfortunately We wouldn’t be able to make it but those who do go will have a great time , I have many great memories from Millport especially the (Grab a granny) country & western weekends

No no....I’m quite serious....an inflatable cushion ! ...this is too much ... Mrsambulancekidd and Minxy Girl promised me something along those lines a while ago...I have my own Hoover which can even be turned to blow for the cushion...I’m on my way....

Yahoo only 20 more sleeps until we return to one of my favourite places for a rally, yearly dip in the bay cycling around the island ,( with a stop halfway for an ice cream.) Then there's the meal in the local pub with everyone, and then whats become the traditional farewell breakfast at the cafe in the garrison before we leave. Can't wait .

Just bought our first motorhome. Planning to get out and about lots over the next few weeks. Friend recommended joining this forum. What is happening in Millport? How do we come along if not too late .

Hi Mable, its a group gathering at Millport where we meet up, cycle round the island, or just chill out socialising or not whatever takes your fancy. Maybe hire a kayak to go see the seals.
Usually a group meal in the pub on Sun eve.

It's for subscribed members only so you are more than welcome to come along once you subscribe. Just let me know and I will add you to the list. Theres a meet at Hawick the following weekend too.

Me too @Mew, and I'm looking forward to seeing all the dogs too but we still need the certificate from Jim or we don't get onto the Garrison.

Well our latest guidance is we can gather in groups of up to 15 people from 4 other households but does this mean we cant "Park up" as more. I don't know.

Is the required Cert from Jim not like a temp campsite?

I've had a sleepless night worrying about this. Certainly not enjoyable trying to organise a little group meet especially when I know one member has already arrived in Scotland and a few more following this week. Hmmm decisions decisions do I pull the plug on this.

For those of you that are confirmed as coming expect a PM in the next day or so.
