Mains hook up lead length

So what length of hook up lead(s) do I actually need?
I am planning to stop on commercial UK sites and caravan club sites.
I've just purchased a 25M 2.5 cable, is that sufficient?
I thought you only needed extra long cables for Europe!
Any advice would be appreciated

Hookup cables

Just out of interest, what length electric hookup cables do folks carry? I've just checked mine and I must have nearly 50m. I'm sure I don't really need that much although in 10 years I think I've needed the full length once.

I have 2 x 25 meter cables and join them when required.

You only need 25m. If it's too long chuck the excess under the van. It's extremely very rarely too short
People that carry loads of pieces and connect them together are bonkers

I carry the 2 and I'm not bonkers. It came with a spare lead and has come in most hand when required, but defo not bonkers
