A few more clues would help.
North or South coast ?
(Think about it, when you parked your van did you see the sunrise or sun set ?)
Was it near anything, or any town ?
Where did you come from last, or go to next ?

You could always wade back through the bank statements, which may give you the name of the Restaurant or the Aire, or even the local petrol station

I’ve stayed on a nice aire at Camaret-sur-mer. Near cliff walks and in a sticky out to sea bit of Brittany, but then there are lots of those in Brittany! Sea food restaurants everywhere too :giggle:

How about Eu-Le-Treport in Normandy?

Was so long ago can’t think north or south

there Used to be a campsite behind main Aire looking from site to sea cliffs road went up hill to the right think bye the restaurant was a golf course but can’t be shaw

This thread could be a bit like how the Post Office managed to deliver a letter to the correct address when there were only two squiggly lines on the front?

No photographs then?

Or if you’re a google user maybe the mapping function has automatically tracked your route

The aire at Boulogne is on a clifftop, with a pay barrier as you enter.

I think you're working up to:

"It's no good, dear, I've asked everywhere. We're just going to have to get over on the ferry, have a run along the coast of France and we'll find it sooner or later..." :giggler:

Think that’s what might happen if I new what area to start

Did you take any photos? You may get the location from the metadata.

@but does your sat nav have a history folder that you can view ?

So many unanswered questions in this thread!

Your best bet is to click each entry of campercontact.

if it’s an official aire, it’ll be on there somewhere.

Mont-Saint-Michel might be a good starting point (y) then head West if you if you went that way before or East if you went that way, if you can not remember which direction you went the add a few more days on and try both directions, sorted. ;)

You sure you didn't dream it all ?

If only I had used "what3words" I'd know where I had an amazing holiday in Normandy a couple of decades ago ...

You got off the ferry/tunnel? how long before you stopped?. Might narrow it down?.

If only I could type the theme tune to Mission Inpossible

dah dah da da da,dah dah da
Da da, diddlee, diddlee

Nope give up

The above may or may not work but i went onto search for sites looking for "Motorhome only stopovers" then selected "electric" on the basis that there were 50 vans there it might have electric facilities and there are more criteria you can enter. You can them zoom in on the map going round Brittany to your hearts content.

Erquy fits your bill.

Can't help with the site but I have a spreadsheet with all nights spent in the MH since 2012 with info like cost, EHU, whether it's worth returning etc. No help for you but worth thinking about for the future...
