Which is better. One 200a or two x 100a?

You don't need to power it for 8 hours, if you don't open the door they stay cool for 24 hours. Thanks everyone. How long will your setups power a fridge? Im thinking of the 8 hours+ time on the Portsmouth St Malo ferry
I wish. Stuff in the freezer has defrosted. So i refer back to my original question!!You don't need to power it for 8 hours, if you don't open the door they stay cool for 24 hours.
How many AH does your fridge take ?I wish. Stuff in the freezer has defrosted. So i refer back to my original question!!

Mine is a largeer dometic 3 way ...uses average 12 -14 amps per hour via inverter when taking cycling on and off into consideration. Turn it in to it's lowest settingI wish. Stuff in the freezer has defrosted. So i refer back to my original question!!
I did actually have mine on 12v as to lazy to get the EHU lead out and plug in12v is only designed to maintain once cold it will not continue to cool or freeze. AFAIK
Put a bottle of frozen water in the fridge and freezer.I wish. Stuff in the freezer has defrosted. So i refer back to my original question!!

Did you say air fryer !I'm so fed up of my hairdryer draining my batteries, I've gone for 2 x 300AH Drift Pros. They are being Fitted at VanBitz on Tuesday![]()
My 3-way fridge takes about 14A when it's on 12V power. For 8 hours that would take 8 x 14 = 112Ah in theory. So your 200Ah of lithium would be fine for that. The older fridges with smaller 12V elements just maintain the cooling, but the later fridges with full power elements (14A x 12V = 168W) will keep the freezer frozen just like the mains element. Thanks everyone. Id love to, but the boys have mega autism (non-verbal and semi-verbal) and the younger (the semi verbal one) only eats eight things, four of which you can't get outside UK!!! Has anyone ever seen Yorkshire puds in Carrefour or SuperU?!!!Eat stuff in freezer and stock up on the other side, Simples!![]()
No, but surely they have the ingredients ?Has anyone ever seen Yorkshire puds in Carrefour or SuperU?!!!

Dont worry about it! Yes of course, and i can. But. Autism is a strange and utterly frustrating condition. My youngest would seriously not eat rather than eat 'off menu'!! And a Yorkshire pud is a certain shape and colour. If it doesn't look like something out of Aunt Bessie, he wont eat it!!No, but surely they have the ingredients ?
Perhaps a bit flippant.
Unless you or someone else has wired it to run off 12v from your leisure battery then no.Is a 3 way fridge/freezer one that runs on 230v, 12v and gas? If so, I've got one. Thetford, dunno what model but it has seperate freezer.
So for safety, i need 200amp lithium as a minimum. Prob 280.
Ok, so ive got an inverter as well. Is it better to plug in the inverter to keep the fridge going at 230v, or keep it on 12v?
Last question, if it runs down the lithium leisure battery, will it start to nick power from the cab battery, and empty that out?
Cheers for the advice everyone. Electricity novice.
