[/HI]I drive my own van and no, size does not matter. There can be very little difference in driving a 7m van or a 9m one (for the record, mine's 8m), other than in the mind. We're not talking articulated lorries here!
You soon get used to the length (whatever it is). Just use your mirrors to watch what the back is doing as you turn. After a short while you just 'know' where the back end is. [HI]It's like you can feel the length behind you as you sit in the driver's seat.
No, I don't - the idea terrifies me! Some reassurance from other lady drivers might help. Re size - our mh is quite a big beast - 24' 11" length plus tow bar.

I'm going to go to our local HGV training centre and ask if they'll give me a couple hours tuition in our MHI have nothing but admiration for all you ladies that drive your mhs:thumb:
I had a go in the Elddis a couple of years back and mistook 1st for 3rdoh:
so never tried again. Now that we've got the Autotrail and it's 8 metres I'm terrified at the thought of driving it and have seriously considered getting lessons from HGV places. The longer I go on without driving ours the worse it gets
