It needs some gelcoat in the area with exposed fibreglass. I see you are Devon/Cornwall border. When you are next near a boatyard/marina ask around for who they use for GRPboat repair. Boat guys are used to mixing gelcoat to match the original and then polishing it back to be near invisible. Anything more than £100 all done would be excessive IMHO.
