Has anybody got the coordinates for the entrance please I know it's the pleasure land car park but there appears to be a few on Google Earth. I'll probably get lost anyway.

Hot Thurs, dry Friday, Sat rain, Sun/ Mon Dry. 2 days ago it said heavy rain on the Fri and dry on Sat.

Thanks. It will have been a serious delay if we are any later than that!

More problems. We may be delayed leaving here Thursday afternoon & it now looks as if it could well be after 10pm before we arrive. At least we should get a traffic-free drive over the Pennines.

Anyone know of a handy place to park up late Thursday night, with a view to arriving first thing Friday morning? We are a non-white panel van, so can be very discreet!

The question now may be not how late can we arrive Thursday evening, but how early can we arrive Friday morning? !

You being discreet should find a place no problem, no yellow lines they are just in the town centre.
Beerdrinker has parked on the roadside a few times eg when the air show is on.

We arrived here earlier this evening, parked up near the canal at the end of an industrial estate, very peaceful. Even had a visit from a very nice pair of plods. All good
