Had a brilliant time meeting everyone today Thank you for the very warm welcome. I will never look at a Gummy Bear in the same way again. .

Pity the weather wasn't better - maybe next time we will get the bike ride.

Did everyone arrive Sandra? Pity we couldn't stay (it was very tempting) but we need to be in so the man can pick up his kayak in an hour or so.

Maybe next year if we can get the overnight power situation sorted. Martin is going to check out installing an extra dedicated battery with solar charger system. We are also checking out if there is a newer machine with a lower power requirement.

Also we didn't get chance to pester Terry for a look round his van.... maybe next time Perhaps our next van will be custom fitted / converted for us!

Just one failed to show. What a lovely friendly crowd we have here. Currently sitting at The Kelpies after 8 of us cycled here. The forecasted rain is LATE...Thank goodness.
Was lovely for you and Martin to visit us. Enjoyed chatting to you again.

Some of us even walked to the Kelpies, what an amazing sight, really glad it was suggested and that we made the effort.

Many thanks To Terry's Taxi's for collecting us, Lola wasn't up to the walk back and he drove out to collect us, having already driven there once himself, Lola was most grateful, closely followed by 5 foot weary funsters

didn't need to make the 4.5 mile walk

you can see them from the top of the wheel

but they really are superb close up
