The post for bookings will posted on the existing York Rally Thread in scheduled Rallies at 8pm 17th January. Please note due to the large amount of interest we can only accept bookings of 5 nights minimum or a pitch share with another funster. Please let me know you dates when booking. All other details will be contained in the post.

Yes its a problem we have as Rally organisers, if you start drawing up a list too early you end up with loads of alterations as peoples circumstances change. I started a conversation with around 100 Funsters just over a week ago who like yourself had expressed an interest in coming, roughly 50% now say they can't come or are doing something else. My very first post on this thread states that I'm not taking bookings until the New Year but folk in all innocence still try to confirm a booking.
I'm sorry if it all seems complicated and I hope nobody misses out as a result, I posted this Rally early just to get an idea of the levels of interest as this venue is a first for us and wanted to be sure it was viable. Maybe next year we can dispense with all the lead up and just post the Rally bookings post in the New Year.
