Or alarmsI can't believe how many Transit based motorhome owners don't have tracking systems installed!

Are all these thefts happen when the mh is parked at home on the drive.
It seems so.
Yeah saw it was on the drive in the photo. This one was.
I fitted a diesel shut off tap in the main fuel line when you park up just close it.The camper will start but just get down the road a bit and run out of fuel and they will leave its better than a imobiliser but all you have to do bleed it to start it when found but you must remember to turn it back on when you want to go off.You can buy the taps at diesel specialist all you have to do if your up to the job just cut main fuel line it’s just a push fit cheap job and you will be reunited with your motorhome the same day JOB FOR TODAY ANDY MECHANIC FOR 53 YEARS

I know that Comfort don’t particularly load premium, but insist on an approved ( by Aviva) security device, tracker/alarm,irrespective of age or valueWhen I was getting an online quote for my van, the first question to be answered was 'is it a Ford Transit?'.
I wonder how much the premiums are loaded by?

No alarm or tracker required by saga.Comfort now require me to fit a tracker on a 2001 duetto transit ! No tracker no insurance. I already have the required thatcham alarm and a clutch claw.
What year? I broke into a 1999 one and hotwired it for MMM magazine years ago in under twenty secondsAre Ducatos harder to steal?
