Hi does the front passenger seat have to come out to access the leisure battery?
Id like to fit a second battery is this possible under the seat or will the second battery need tobe somewhere else?
Cheers , mark kingston.

If it's like my B543 (1999), then the seat has to come out - driver's in my case (LHD). Mine is currently out awaiting the battery which should be arriving in the next hour or two. There isn't room for a second battery - in mine, at least.

On my 2001 B584 the battery is under the left hand seat and I put another under the right hand seat.
For access to the battery, the seat doesn’t have to come right out, you can unbolt it (2 x mate bolts, 13 mm spanner on front edge and 2 x Counter sunk Allen screws on the back sides, 5 mm Allen key I seem to remember)and lift it up and forward and you can get enough room to get the batteries out. Be careful the seats are very heavy.
