Anyone know how i gain access to this? PXL_20230405_111901050.jpg

There are no screws anywhere.

Looks like a pipe has come off behind and has been leaking.

Do any of these cupboards come out in any way or is it bathroom out Job?

Looks like the panel has been glued to the top of the cupboard, I can just see a join to the left where that panel overlaps the next panel .
If there's no access in the top of the cupboard and option would be to cut an access hole in the cupboard top.

That's exactly the same as mine. I've never looked for the hot and cold pipes but I know the waste and the feed from the taps to the spout are accessible in the cupboard under the sink. Is there no sign of the hot and cold in that cupboard too?

There is but there ain't much play in the pipes so really hard to get them off and on, especially when dealing with such flimsy brittle plastic. If I have to deal with them again I may add a couple of straight coupling push fits to the pipe under the sink to make it easier in future.

Today has been fun....was supposed to be going away, but instead found out how to dismantle the bathroom in this old nail. All back together now though and leak free.

Just got worse as time went on..... Ended up the interior cavity wall was filled with water. It had been dripping behind them cupboards down the wooden wall and into the cavity where the blown air heating comes through the wall....That wall has done a good job of containing the water too..... Had to drill a little hole in the bottom to let it drain.

Glad you're sorted. A couple of straight connectors sounds like the solution đź‘Ť
