How can i connect voice settings

Hi guy's need a little guidance, we have a Knaus Fiat Ducato boxstar 600 street. We dont know how to use the voice setting on our display to say for example call Paul. Can anyone assist us please, we have Android phones.

It should be in radio or media settings.
Firstly.... Have you paired your phones?
If no, open Bluetooth and with the radio turned on, search for Bluetooth devices on the phone.
It will be completely different to my car set up but that's a start.
I have phone and TomTom paired.
