Hi please help.
having a shower and touch the hot/cold lever and i either freeze my nuts off or scald the skin off my body.
is there such a thing as a thermostat for the shower - like we have at home

You need to have a gentle touch and set the mix prior to jumping in the shower ,you may be like me and have fists of ham .(y)

Probably have to fit a low pressure thermostatic mixer tap like in a house shower.
Big, bulky and not cheap.

Forget that, it will still fluctuate if you knock the taps. They work if the pressure varies.... Another tap opens etc.

I often think the same and you just prompted me to have a look, there are a few from Carafloe, Caravan Components are listing them, don't know anything about either company.

Edit:
Just looked at more detail they are made for static mobile homes so may not be any good on the low pressure/flow rates used in motorhomes.

You need to fit a ball valve so you can leave the mixer tap alone, just turn it on and off with the valve. It's 1/2" BSP thread
