Hook up on French site (1 Viewer)

On site in Britanny and can't hook up as strange connection.
Only has 1 pin never seen this before , can't load photo sorry.

Sounds like the socket is either knackered or it's not an EHU socket

Is the one pin sticking out the Earth pin and there are two holes below for the standard continental two pins to fit into

If so you would need an adapter to convert

That 1 pin us the earth there will be 2 holes for positive and negative. You need a French hook up adaptor.

You could put a French plug on your lead I suppose. Should be able to find one of those.

Sorted just need uk 3 pin house plug to continental 2 pin adapter on my 16 amp lead.

In my experience you are never far from a 'Bricante' (DIY) store. They'll have what you need.
