The village of Thrussington is situated nine miles north on the A46 Leicester to Newark road. Turn at the junction signposted Thrussington/Rearsby. On entering Thrussington turn sharp left at 30 MPH sign (Old Gate Road). Site is situated 500yds on the right hand side.

Archery is £20.00 per Hr no matter how many participate ie 10 shooters =£2 each
Clay Pidgeons comes in dearer due to cost of cartridges and clays at £28 per person inc Gun Hire

Not a sawn-off.....an air rifle.

I don't hunt at midnight, too dark, although I have been known to hang out of an upstairs window taking aim at an unsuspecting rodent only to have it scared off by the postman coming up the drive in his van oh:

Yep we know. Used to live South of Watford Myself.Perhaps we need a Southern Regional Area Meet Co-Ordinator. Just a thought.

Hi I would love to be able to arrange a local meet, however due to my wifes illness
(Brain tumour) this will not be possible for the forseeable future.

On arranging a rally last September for the ARV Club at our place it coinsided with her having a last minute operation the week before, however thanks to our friends the rally went ahead.

She is very well in herself and on chemopherapy at the moment but they have taken out as much as they can, so unless a miracle cure comes along! Who knows!:Sad:

That's why I am at home at the moment when she wakes I shall get off to work!
