hello Funsters. I've joined up but don't have a Van yet as I'm still trying to understand all the options and how they may suit my needs and shallow pockets.
I'm based in Northamptonshire and want to see more of our great country and work my way up to popping over to the Continent.
my current thoughts on my needs for a van are:
4 berth min - to entertain family
large garage - house a scoot or hobby equipment
fixed traverse rear bed to accommodate the large garage
comfy seating for 4 to 6 people to chillax in the evening
I like the styling of the A class but note they are correspondingly more expensive
I have maybe up to around £30k ish to throw at this so advice gratefully received even if it's
"go boil your head ya turnip" :)

cheers, Charlie

Don't jump at the first van you see, look, look and look again at every van you can get at, try out the beds, make sure the loo is useable, ditto the shower. See if there is enough room to make a meal-worktop space is always small.
Try to imagine being in the van when it's raining outside!

Hello and welcome. Make sure you take a damp meter with you and test it all for damp when you see one you like.
